NEW UPGRADE: The ankle brace is newly equipped with an ice pack for faster recovery from soreness, injury and sprain. The ice pack can be used for both a hot and cold compress. It is recommended to use cold compress within the first 24 hours when pain occurs, and then apply hot compress.
HOT & COLD COMPRESS: Ice compress can reduce skin tissue damage, inflammation and analgesia. Hot compress will speed up metabolism, promote blood circulation, eliminate inflammation, swelling and fatigue.
DRY FIT: Unlike other bulky supports, our plantar fasciitis brace comprises lightweight mesh for maximum ventilation and comfort. Our sponge pad features excellent moisture absorption, perspiration and quick drying. In addition, the open design of the toe and heel enables to keep your feet dry and cool during night sleep.
ADJUSTABLE STRETCH: Our night splint has a built-in aluminum plate, which can be taken out to adjust the angle up to 90 degrees, keeping your feet gently stretched in a comfortable position. Pull your toes up in a soft and consistent extension of heel tendons and plantar fascia.
Notes: According to scientific research, the suitable temperature of cold compress for human body is 48.2ºF-55.4ºF (9?-13?) and that of hot compress is 107.6ºF-113ºF (42?-45?). Please adjust the temperature to your personal preference to avoid undercooling / overheating. Remember do not heat the ice pack in the microwave oven!
