TwinCitySurplus.com couldn't be easier to use! We have designed the site to be simple, fun and usefull.
To find the products you are looking for, you can Browse our Store by categories or use our Search Engine to find exactly what you want! Be sure to also check our Weekly Specials & Hot Deals for some great prices on great products!
After browsing or searching for the products, simply click on the items you are interested in to get more information, see photos and add the item to your Shopping Cart. Your Shopping Cart will keep all of your items as you continue to browse until the time you wish to place the order. You can view your cart at anytime by clicking on Your Cart at the top of the screen, or the  icon on the left side.
Once your cart contains all the items you wish to purchase, click on Checkout Now at the top of the screen or at any Shopping Cart screen.
Shipping Information
Twin City Surplus uses UPS Ground Service to ship most orders. The shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the order and your zip code. You can check how much your shipping will be at anytime by clicking on the Shipping Charges link while viewing your Shopping Cart.
The final shipping charge will be added to your order when you are ready to checkout. You will see the amount before committing to payment.
Some items are considered "oversize" by UPS and shipping charges may be slightly higher. We will contact you prior to shipment if there are any changes to the shipping rate.
Return Policy
Twin City Surplus wants you to be happy! If you are not happy with our products for any reason, you may return them to us within 30 days for a full refund (except shipping charges) as long as the item is still in its original packaging and in the same condition it was when we sent it to you.
To return an item, please Contact Us to let us know the problem so that we can try to rectify the situation prior to the return. If we cannot, we will give you a Return Code and instructions on how to return the product.
We will refund your money in the same way it was paid.
Privacy Policy
Twin City Surplus understands and respects your privacy. We will never sell your information to any other party or use it in any way that would infringe upon your privacy rights.
We use a Secure Server for your protection.

Placing an order with Twin City Surplus couldn't be easier!
Simply Browse our Store to find the products you are interested in, click on the item name to view more information, details and photos and to add the item to your Shopping Cart. Enter the quantity that you would like and click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. You can continue to shop for other items or head straight for the Order Form by clicking Checkout Now at the top of the screen or on any Shopping Cart page.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not store your personal or credit information on our site.
Our Secure Server ensures your privacy and safety.
